Viggen Intercooler FYI

I installed the Viggen Intercooler today, however I was able to do this with out the new passenger or drivers side hoses (saved $160). On the drivers side I simply repositioned the tubes leading into the throttle body transistion casting down about two inches by removing the brace that screws into the engin block (just above the bypass valve). On the passenger side I used two of the existing rubber 90 degree rubber tubes and the alluminum tube (that contains the turbo 'silencer'). The alluminum tube needed to be cut and bent for the shorter distance. The new raidiator hose was a must to make room.
Total length from Turbo to Throttle body transistion casting 10'9", length with viggen intercooler 8'2" (25% reduction). Plus a reduction of 260 degrees of bends.
Total cost, $200 plus $10 for saab antifreeze.
I've seen several post about porting the throttle body transistion casting, and I have preformed this modification. I noticed today that the turbo has the same mismatch as it exits into the first rubber tube. Is it worth taking the turbo off to port this, or would it be a waste of time since it is and existing mismatch? Love to hear some opinions.
Other mods: Sport Exhaust, Custom intake, K&N, Forged bypass valve, Manual Boost Valve. Coming soon, ECU :-)
