The Eibachs are the softer ones. The ride is actually better than stock. You can probably get away with any spring with the Konis. If you're staying with stock dampers, the Eibachs may be fine.
I removed the Eibachs because they were too soft. I now have the B&Gs. These are progressive too. They're a bit stiffer but certainly not harsh. I have the Koni dampers which helps. The car handles better with the B&Gs but I found I need to put spacers in the front springs if I'm going to be on bad roads or the snow. They lower a bit too much for my taste.
The Eibachs are probably better all around but if you're going to the track, go with Abbott or Swedish Dynamics.
