There is not much that you can do. Changing boost pressure is a massive change relative to fine tuning the NA engine.
You cannot use the Saab sports exhaust on a NA engine as the noise will be extreme. You might find an after market SS exhaust suitable for your engine, or use the Sprorts exhaust and find a SS resonator to use with it.
You can get the K&N 33-2663, same as turbo, and also do one of the two air box mods.
You have a high compression engine and ECU controlled spark advance which is driven by the knock sensor signals. Hi octane fuel will provide more power. Plugs are are worn or improperly gapped etc can cause knock threashold related detuning. So can dirty injectors and combustion chamber deposits which create hot spots. If you have been reading you already know that I am about to recommend Techron Concentrate. And if you care about the engine internals use a good synthetic oil.
If your idle and starting are not flawless and Techron and plugs do not help, cleaning the throttle body might be worth trying. The crank case vent gases form deposits where the butterly closes which changes the effective gap at closed throttle.
The lower restriction intake and exhaust will provide more power in the higher rpm band, so to take advantage of the increased power potential, you will need to be shifting at higher revs.
