some saabs have front door speakers.
Mine was a 1997 SETC and did not have front door speakers, even though many threads here say that the SE should be fitted with 6 speakers.
If it does have the speakers fitted, these are powered off a seperate power amplifier to the head unit, which only supplies power to the dash and rear speakers. (which incidently are truly cr#p speakers.
You fuse may have blown to this power amp which is located behind the glove compartment.
I suspect that you do not actually have any speakers in your doors, so would suggest that you follow the instructions by Richard Bevan and carry out an audio upgrade.
I upgrdaed my system using Infinity speakers and a new power amp in the boot, and it sounds superb... Sooooo much better that the stock set-up.
Of course it all depends on what you are looking for.
