Nevermind the easy-out. That's too much trouble... Since there is plenty of room to swing a hammer, just use a cold chisel to help turn the stripped bolt. Yeah, you'll destroy the thing in the process but it's stripped already (they ALWAYS strip). Then you can get a replacement at the dealer for less than a buck. Or do without it since it really only helps keep the rotor in place when the lugs nuts are off.
The bigger problem you might run into is getting the damn rotors off. They usually build up rust at the mating surfaces. You may need to find a mighty big sledgehammer which will destroy the old rotors in the process. Have fun. Let us know how much swearing you did! ;-)
