Depends on driving style.....

The basic idea when starting the engine is to have a nice flow of warm engine oil to the turbocharger bearings before asking the turbo to produce copious amounts of boost, and to let the turbo bearings have a chance to cool down after spirited 'on boost' driving before shutting the engine off.
If you live in a suburban environment this will be no problem. Drive casually to the freeway or where ever, and by then the engine is warmed up so put your foot in it and enjoy the turbo rush. Coming home from a fast spirited drive, just drive casually for several blocks and then you can shut-off the engine with no worries.
In other words, to get the most longevity from your turbo bearings, don't stomp the gas petal until the engine temperature is at least at 1/4 gauge, and don't come sliding to a stop after a 120 MPH run and turn the engine off. Also make sure you do regular oil and oil filter changes.
Pretty simple really.
