I believe the hoses run into the trunk, under the carpeting covering the wheel wells, and are inserted into two grommets...The grommets are located in the left and right hand corners just beneath the tail-lights...The left grommet also contains the drain for the antannae...If you drive on dirt roads frequently, there is a possibility that dirt could accumulate where the grommets exit through the trunk and outside the vehicle...

Under the vehicle, you'll notice a "nipple" like pretrusion, again, they are on both sides of the rear of the vehicle, remove any dirt that has accumulated on them...High pressure air would probably clean out most debries inside the hoses, but,you'll need someone to hold the nipples open so the air can escape...

As for dealers, you can read my previous post, you'll know exactly how i feel about them...Personally, there should never be a reason to remove the a-pillar covers to remove debries unless the hose has desintergrated...
