6 is the upper rubber spring seat and it is made of rubber
8 is the bearing
9 and 11 are washers that work against the rubber molded into the upper mount
12 is a nut, and the koni's have a new one and a nasty lock washer.
I reused everything, including the one time lock nuts.
I called TireRack about the problem with no tool for the koni retaining nut which requires a 39mm pin face spanner with 5.5 or 6mm pins. I asked about the KYB mounts and they stated that they were out of stock, and that if they are OS, they will not show up on the web site.
Back to the pin wrench. Tirerack suggested a couple of sources and these were the 6 to 8" long wrenches that cannot be used to achieve the torque required. :(
So I am contemplating having them manufactured and supplying them to TireRack.
The only thing to watch for is that both washers need to be convex side to the rubber in the mount.
Baab talked about a zinc washer added at the bottom spring seat for accoustic reasons. That does not show up on your diagram - unless it is part #15. I did not get one. I did not see a loose part at #15 on my 95SET.
Make sure that your mechanic does not remove the rotor splash shields. This is not neccessary.
