From a novice:

1. Get MTL or MT90 (I got MT90, somewhat thicker) on-line (http://www.myoilshop.com/). It's 7 bucks/quart + Fedex ground $5...

2. You will need an Hex 8-mm classic Allen.

3. READ the posts on archives. Very good. Then look for the hex nuts so you know where they are.

4. The Hex nuts will be really tight. Do not waist your time trying to unscrew them. Go to any oil change shop (I went to a Valvoline one) and give 10 bucks to any of the kids and they will loosen them up for you. In my case they used a regular Allen which they fit in the Hex nut, and then used an adjustable wrench gripping on the Allen 90 degree angle to apply enough torque to loosen them up (drain plug and level plug).

5. You can get the fill plug yourself. It is tricky but easy. Standing by the left fender carefully fit the Allen with the long end pointing to the passenger seat. Be sure it is well set. Then move to the front of the car and you will be able to shove your R arm passing under all the tubing and reach the Allen, with enough space to get a good grip and apply enough torque to loosen that one up. This one I did myself. It HAS TO BE DONE ON A COOL ENGINE, so the metal is relaxed and less tight, not to mention your arm will turn into roasted chicken-wings on a hot engine.

6. That's it, follow all the directions posted here before...
