With those low miles you are not 1/2 way through your vehicle life. I would hold off. A danger in low milage vehicles is that brake rotors can die of rust and corrosion. It seems that yours is doing well.
I would watch for uneven pad wear in the front that can occur if the caliper slide bolts don't. Also remove rear wheels and inspect the rear calipers. Look for even pad wear and press the pistions back to see that they are free. The inboard pads are prone to getting the inboard pad backing plate rust bound in the iron slot of the caliper casting. It would be a good idea to remove the pads, clean out rust and dirt from the slots and backing plate edges ,lubricate same with brake componets grease. A lithium type, not syntheic glop. Grease the pins and hold down springs as a rust preventative. If you have been adjusting the hand brake, remove the claliper and rotor. Clean the parking brake assy, and grease the backing plates of the shoes where they rest on the spash shield, and other obvious slideing and pivot points.
I guess I am avoiding getting new parts when the vehicle is near end of life. I am hoping to keep it for the long haul. I am also gambling that I will not have the vehicle totalled!
