you need to make sure they are set for the way your changer is mounted. If they are set wrong then CDs will skip alot. If you are having lots of problems with the changer not always being seen by the radio, check to make the conections on both ends of the cable are good. If the connections are good then the problem is sometimes in the head unit and a new or relocated changer won't solve that problem. I'm not sure if any of teh factory compatible changers will fit in the glove box and putting an aftermarket system in this car is alot of work. I'm sure there are posts about installing aftermarket systems in the archives. You might want to do some research there. Also, there is some stereo information in the FAQs
