I has been my experiance with these suppliers that all the Swedish tuner have much better customer service than Abbott, Abbott America, SD (still waiting for reply on the clutch I wanted to buy two weeks ago) and Accelerated Response(also known as decelerated response by some). I have been especially happy with the responses I have gotten from SQR, Speedparts and Maptun(George can tell everything you need to know about Maptun). Just because these ECU are less expensive does not mean that they are cheap just more resonable priced. The only downside to ordering from some of the Swedish tuner is that some only take cash these tuners are Maptun and SQR. Luckly enough for us Speedparts now takes VISA and because of this I'm a big fan of Speedparts. Also most of these Swedish tuner do not require you to send them your ECU at first but trust you enough that you will send it to them after you install the new ECU to prevent any of the PIA downtime with the car.
