The following procedure was posted on this board a while ago... Although I haven't tried it (and I'm not sure if it will work or not) it's worth a shot to get you out of a jam...

LET US KNOW IF IT WORKS!

-Unlock door with key and open (ALARM WILL SOUND)
-Remove fuse #23 near drivers door to silence alarm
-Pull sill plate up on passengers side (lower moulding at bottom of door opening)
-Remove 10mm bolt below the glovebox on the right side
-Pull carpet away to expose the central lock control unit (it will have "Kiekert" printed on it)
-Remove the screws holding the lock control unit
-Put fuse #23 back in.
-With a flashlight, locate pin #6 on the lock unit harness plug (look closely, the numbers on the plug harness connector are very small), it should be a blue wire for pin 6.
-With the lock unit connected to the harness plug, insert a paper clip or wire into pin #6, and touch the other end of the wire to a good clean metal ground (the car body)
-You should hear the locks activate (unlock) and the alarm chirp twice for disarming.
-That's it, now you should be able to use your key for locking and unlocking without the alarm.

What I'm not sure is whether this will reset the "immobilized" alarm system. If in fact it DOES then this is a remarkable achievement which will save people who get into this situation a LOT of money! Dealers are charging over $1000 to replace the alarm ECU...

PLEASE, let us know if this works!!!
