Hi Brad,
My falp also broke off at the weekend... must be something in the air..!
Raise the tonneau cover to vertical, and unbolt the flap mechanism, you can then remove from the vehicle and glue the flap back onto the hinge with super glue. You need to wet one surface of the joint prior to the join as its not the kind of plastic that superglue "likes".
You might want to run a bead of resin down each side of the joint for additional strength, something like Araldite should do the trick.
Let it rest for a few hours and then reinstall on the tonneau cover..
hey presto, good as new.
Of course, this assumes that you did not lose the flap !!.
I reckon that you could get a spare part from SAAB, and just glue on the leather piece to the plastic backing, but I did not need to resort to finding this out.
Hope you are successful.
PS Mine broke off when lowering the hood. The flap caught on the back section of the roof going back into position and ping, it flew right off sending the flap about 15 feet across my driveway.
