The installation of the Viggen Intercooler is rather easy, took me about half a day. Front comes off with little trouble. When draining the coolant I made a bit of a mess. The car needs to be on ramps to remove the turbo exit hose. In some instructions it says that a plastic part needs to be cut away, but I never ran into this problem. Best advice is to watch your knuckles, they will get scraped.
In my other post (as LehighSaab) I said how I had "fabricated" the turbo exit pipe; I have since installed the correct hose. Although I never ran into any problems with the hose I made, it just didn't look very durable. I suggest buying the passenger side hose. However, I do not suggest buying the drivers side hose (intercooler exit). You will see when you compare the Viggen intercooler with the stock that the Viggen Intercooler exit is about 3" lower than the stock. The stock piping can handle this because it is such a small different when compared to the length of the pipe (~ 3.5 ft. from Intercooler exit to throttle body transition casting). There is a bolt which attaches this pipe to the engine block, this needs to be removed. When the Viggen Intercooler is installed simply loosen the o-ring clamp at the throttle body transition casting and move the pipe until it is on the Viggen intercooler, then retighten everything.
I have been running this set up for 3 months now with no problems. New boost gauge indicates 15 psi at max. Drop me a post if there are any further questions.
Almost forgot, you definitely need the new radiator hose.
