Assuming that the new IC gets rid of the excess heat from pushing high CFMs through the undersized T25, the reduced pressure drops of the new set up will require less power from the turbine for any given pressure. So the exhaust back pressure controlled by the wastegate will be less and the exhaust temperatures will go down relative to the stock IC at any given boost pressure. That means more charge air can get into the cylinder. Exhaust back pressures can easily be 30 PSI or more at 15 PSI of boost.

With less pressure drops, the boost at the turbo to get the set point boost at the manifold is less, so the compressor will be working less hard and will be working in a slightly sweeter spot in the compressor man where is is more efficient and produces less heat.

Remember that dyno charts are quite useless. When you see the torque dropping on a dyno chart at 5000 rpm or 140kph, you have to remember that there is not much air movement in a dyno cell. The same vehicle going at 140kph will get a huge amount of cooling at the IC. In the dyno cell the cooling is very poor and when you see the torque dropping you have to remember that it is probably simply getting heat soaked. The Viggen IC will have an advange over the stock unit somewhat because of increased heat sink effect.

So the real life improvemnts are greater than a wheel dyno can measure. Seat of the pants dyno still rules!
