I don't know much about that engine. You might first clean the throttle body and the injectors. Hopefully your plugs are ok.
The IAC is bypasses the throttle plate. So look for some 3/4" sized lines that bypass the throttle plate, with a in line can with an electrical connection. It will be secured with hose clamps. The 4 cylinder engines have these hoses connected directory to the throttle body assembly.
Try Techron Concentrate. If you have never used before consider two consec treatments.
