Why I Love My '95 900S!

Been renovating our kitchen, had two separate trips of large stuff. Here is what I loaded into my 900S:
Trip 1, Home Depot: 10 foot countertop, 8 packages of flooring tiles, heavy cast iron sink, over-stove vent, several gallons of paint, and five or six bags filled with assorted junk. Obviously, the hatch had to be tied down to accomodate the countertop, but everything fit with room to spare!
Trip 2: Furniture store: "Pub Style" round kitchen table and two stools. Much to the disbelief of the employee helping me to load the car, the table went in and laid flat on the floor! Car didn't even break a sweat getting the table/stools to fit!
Still, my greatest "Saab hauling" triumph was last Summer, when I had to rent two six foot tables for a cookout. Had a Blazer in front of me renting the exact same tables. Poor fella had to tie his tailgate down in order for the tables to fit. His jaw dropped when he saw the hatch on my girl close nice and tight with two of the same tables inside!
