Viggen intercooler installed!! (long)

Well today I finally went to Hunt Valley Saab and picked up the passenger side hose for the intercooler and swaped it with the one I fabercated. I then stopped by Viking Motors and swapped the hoses. It took me about 15-20 mins to swap hoses after I had the mechanics gloves on for working on the car with its hot engine. After installing the hoses and making sure everything was as tight as a nun on a friday night I took the car for a spin.
Started in first and shifted into second and heard a loud pppsssttt! shifted into third again a loud ppsstt! I then assumed it was my bov or a leak but my bov never made a audible sound like this so I turned around and headed back to Viking motors. Eric jumped in the car and took it for a test drive and again the loud pppsssttt! sound happened as I looked over at Eric to see his reaction he had a big grin on his face as he said nice! very nice!
Now for some reason my BOV is much louder then before. It might be because of the new viggen intercooler or because of the combo of the viggen intercooler and my ram air. The new turbo spool up is much quicker and boost levels are slightly higher with little differance between peak boost and sustained boost. Another side affect due to the lack of differance between peak and sustained boost is that the car feels smoother in terms of acceleration. You also do not realize how fast your speeding at times now due to the new silky acceleration.
Next up 3" exhaust or springs?
