Any have removed the lens to clean the lense interior and reflectors. So you would do the same, but put a new lense on and clean the reflectors.

Put in new lamps and keep the old ones for spares with the spare tire.

Be careful with the gaskets, you cannot get new ones. Put a trace of silicone grease on the gasket to maintain a water seal and to allow safe removal in the future.

Read the posts that get into the cleaning of the lamps and you will find further details and cautions.

If you have a bulls-eye knock out, you can take the lens off and put the knocked out piece back with some silicone seal and the repair can look very good.

Don't let water or crud get into the housing or you will have a new lense with a messed up reflector behind.
