Want a new CD Changer

My 95 SET's changer skips all over the place. Every bump, tar strip, expansion joint or pothole makes my music do the hop skip and jump. Are there any retail changers out there that I can just plug in to the spot occupied by the old one with a minimum of fuss and Bother?
Thanks in Advance
All my Best
