Thanks Dean for your advice, yes the engine is another replacement. The mechanic said that the new engine was super clean and obviously had just had a Saab service done, he said the plugs were new and the oil was fresh(although he replaced it anyway) with 26k miles on the motor. He did a really clean job on the engine, the only thing I noticed was that one of the wires seemed to be stretched out a little much, I'll see if I can reroute the wire to add a little slack, no dings or nicks in the engine compartment and my dreaded "CE" light is now gone. I don't know if anyone read a thread I wrote a long while back about my engine sounding a little loud, this could of been a warning because my new engine is really, really quiet. I regarded the loud engine as normal because some other Saab owners said their's sounded the same way. I'll keep you posted on the tie rod job, and thanks for everyones help with this!!
