The switches are electrically identical. The difference is that while they share a Grey/White (lighting), Brown/White (power) and Black (ground) wire each, the left switch has a yellow/white lead and the right has a Yellow/Green lead for the heating pads.
I have not seen the connectors, just the schematic diagram. Your question about "drivers side" or "passenger side" will be determined by what part of the world you are from. So the question now is; can you get a job as a factory assemblers at SAAB, or did you fail ???
