There is the one pully on the automatic tensioner, small and high up near the firewall. This is the one that goes first that you probably had replaced. The other idler wheel pully is right above the crankshaft pully. you need to remove the air box to get access and then it is VERY tight to work with. These are around $32 US each at the dealer. You might have had a new belt intalled with the in warrantee work. If not, this would be the time to put one on if getting at the pullies or belt driven stuff.

With the 2.3L there is a air pump in the LH fender that pumps air into the exhaust mannofold until things warm up. There have been a few reports of noise from these.

I had a bad spell with arthritis OS, in my fingers that put me off of doing some things for a while, but I seem to have that under control now and have done lots of repairs in the last 6 months.
