Just picked up a 97 900SE Turbo with 28K, overall I am very happy with it. My question is that periodically while I am stopped at a light (in Neutral) I hear a moan/vibration or strain that lasts only a few seconds.
While this is happening the car is idleing at 1000RPM's, when it moans neither the tach nor the turbo guage move at all.
I love how low the car idles and how quiet it is, but this periodic moan while idleing is worrysome & annoying.
Any thoughts ideas what this might be, SInce this is my first Saab I dont have a frame of reference and assume this isnt normal.
Regards
