I certainly looked around for a right-angled DIN 8 plug and basically came to the conclusion that they're impossible for DIYers to find. I checked several electronics suppliers on the web... Nothing.
Basically, the best option is the original Saab cable that has the rare right-angled DIN connector on it which connects it to their proprietary amplifier. Then at the other end connect a Scosche adapter (search this site for "Scosche") or else, cut the end of the cable and rewire it for RCA connectors.
Rather than pay a dealer $75 for the head unit to amp cable, you can call up a junkyard that carries Saab and get one for MUCH less...
