the wear index game. I bought a set of tires last summer in desperation that were Goodyear and had a wear index of 420. There is very little wear in them in the course of the year but then again it's a 420. Now as far as performance I wish that they were alittle more aggresive but then again this is what you get with a 420. Now if only one company could make a tire with a great wear index and with an aggressive tread pattern we would be in heaven.
FYI. Every since I changed the tire size from a 205/50 to a 225/50 there has been a significant reduction is torque steer. It reduces it so much that there is no need for the VRK anymore.
