Right headlight wiper motor broken - suggestions please

Easy to replace? Expensive? Troubleshooting tips?
Details - the left headlight wiper still works. The right one is stuck in the almost-straight-up position. I found the wiper flipped all the way over this morning (180° from reset position), and when I started the car, I guess it flipped over about 110° to where it's at now.
When I activate the washer/wiper, the left one works, the right one stays where it is. I'm leery of forcing it.
Thanks - JMJ
