Koni's are regarded as the best shocks, but expensive. These alone will not help with body roll unless the existing shocks are quite worn. They will help with some body roll - steering dynamics which can be unpleasant with worn shocks.
Lowering springs are one way to go, but the ride may not be to your liking if your roads are rough. If there are pot holes you run a risk of damage to the oil pan etc.
The SAS rear sway bar is around $125 plus shipping, very easy to install.
I have the koni's with stock spring and the SAS rear sway bar.
If you are having the shocks replaced, replace the strut top mount at the same time if in doubt about its condition.
