The one way check valve that usually is at fault is located under the hood, bottom center when open. You can remove it inn about 30 seconds if you take your time. Pop off the cap, watch for the spring and piston! If the piston is not free, push it out via the hole on the cap and remove whatever is fouling up the piston in its bore in the cap. Don't loose the bits. Now remove deposits from the rubber diaphragm or cut a new one from the sleeve of rubber dishwashing gloves. You can try the material from very thin disposable type gloves and just snap the cap over the material and trim off the remainder. Don't try to force the cap over thicker material... for thicker, cut out a circle and drop that it.
There is a similar valve front and center between the lamp washers.
You may also benefit from cleaning the knozzles if they don't seem to flow well after fixing the valve.
