The camber must be way off. However, there is no provision for adjustement.
I am suspicious that the toe in is off as well, as anything that changed camber would also affect the toe-in.
So the first concern is dammage to the suspention. Perhaps the lateral arm bushing has let go. Any strangeness in steering or stability.
The sub frame could be damaged or stretched outwards. Also have the subframe mounting bolts inspected. Even if they are still tight, and deformation of the subframe will show up by tall-tale signs of the mounting bolt heads having shifted their contact points on the frame. The fram could be cracked, but hard to imagine that.
Had your vehicle towed in the interim time period? That can lead to subframe damage and shifting.
Also check the upper strut mounts for damage or tears.
Ball joints, tie rods, bearings and all bushings need to be examined.
