I will go on the record that replacing the foglights via the "overhead" method (by removing the corner turn signals) will not work. The problem is that to get to the bulb you have to remove a cover (with a screw holding it in place) on the BOTTOM of the fog light. Yeah, you can reach the top of the foglight from above, but not the bottom side.
So, the way that I do it is to remove one section of the "lip" spoiler under the bumper. There is a center bolt (10 MM) that holds the two sections together. Remove this first, followed by the two or three (8 MM) bolts along the lip spoiler that attach to the undertray. You do NOT have to remove the flat undertray! Then just yank the lip spoiler section straight forward. It will still be attached at the corner via an inside bolt but that's fine, you just want to pull it slightly out of the way. Now, you can remove the three bolts that hold the foglight in place, turn it upside down, remove the tiny bolt holding the bulb cover, and FINALLY you're in! It goes without saying, don't touch the new bulb glass when installing it... (IF you do, wipe off any fingerprints with alcohol)
And as they say... Installation is the reverse of removal! ;-) The hardest part of this is snapping the lip spoiler section back in place since the tabs have to fit into slots that are pretty tight. The trick is to yank the spoiler forward as little as possible in order to get to the foglight. I hope this all makes sense... It certainly becomes easier the SECOND time you do it!
