I'd take it to a Saab dealer and pay them to check over the car. The convertible had some troubles but Saab had several recalls and updates they performed to eleviate those problems. Also if it hasn't had it I'd have the reinforcement for the tonneau motor performed.
Other things to check would be the strut tops (new style or old style), front sway bar (don't know if that applied to all 95's or just some vin break). And make sure all the the wheels are true (not bent on the insides) makes a big difference on convertibles. That's all I can really think of.
