but I've been there done that a million times!!! Make sure you reinstall with plenty of anti-sieze on the threads. This happens on almost every make of car!.
Drill out the bolt...it doesn't take much to drill thru and pop the head off. I have found from experience that the head usually siezes to the rotor and once you drill thru the bolt head and pop the rotor off, the remaining threaded portion usually turns out w/ your fingers. If not, there is usually another threaded hole 180 degrees opposite on the hub that you can use.
You can find such a bolt at Ace hardware or the like...may not be torx, but it will work. If you cant find one right away, it doesn't matter as the wheel lugs are really responsible for holding the rotor in place...this small bolt just keeps the rotor from falling off when the wheel and caliper is removed. I think the threads MAY be 6mm x 1.0 pitch, but check first!
Hope this helps,
Nick.
