I assume that these are the arms that carry the ball joints. These are expensive here too, but not that much. But prices might be higher there.
Bushings... I can think of three of them. The rear most can get quite bad. These are on another control arm. The other probably came with its bushings, the ones that connect to the subframe closer to the engine.
Yes, lots of labour for this kind of work.
Front crank seal.... I can't see this being replaced unless there was a leak.
So did you authorize all of this work, or do they just do whatever they want?
The ABS sensors connect to the bearing hub. These need to be removed if the strut is being removed, and stut removal is not normally required to work on the control arms. So perhaps someone removed it and then realized that they did not need to remove the strut, so overlooked refitting the sensor later on. Have a look, you might find one hanging down loose. But that should have shown up when they did a road test on your vehicle.
It is things like this that make me glad that I do a lot of repairs myself. Being reliant on the dealer makes things very expensive. And when you are doing DIY you can get some parts cheaper elsewhere as well.
