with the Tech1 many years ago.
I have also checked the HP home page for clues but I think they only manufacture them for GM or maybe Kent-Moore.
So far I have seen GM,Saab,Opel,Vauxhall,OTC/PCX,Mac Tool and Saturn logo being offered.
I have a Mac Tool and my boss have a Saab.
Both of them have a HP partnumber of Z1090A on the back.
My Mac have a Mac number on the back saying "OPT.004 Mac Tool" and my boss Saab scanner says "GM 3000094"
Software version on the PCMCIA cards are different depending on what brand you are working on. Saab is up to 41.000 or even higher by now and GM is 21.002 or higher.
GM software is better in the way that you can upload new software from Tech2 to Tech2 using the two slots for memory card.
For Saab you have to have the newest version of TIS 2000 CD to upload the software from your PC to Tech2.
