I went with the Balo rotors all the way around. I also have 5 spokers (Moda R1 from tirerack.com) The rotors are very visible. I opted to tape them off and spray the "drum" portion of the rotors with clear, high temp paint after I wire brushed them. 2 years later I'm still very happy with the lack of rust. I store during the northeast winter. This year there is just a tad bit of rust color, but not bad at all.
I decided on the Balo rotors because of all the positive remarks on all other BBs that I could find. They are also German made, but are precision ground differently that a machined rotor. I am very rough on them and there is no warping yet. I have the Greenstuff pads on the front. My friend bought Zimmerman (I think) slotted rotors for his Eclipse with Greenstuff and they are already warped very bad 1 year later.
