Trip report, 2000 miles

I just got back from a trip to Canada and back, yes I am having a beer and the wife is unpacking the Saab... :)
The Saab performed well. After 1000 miles of not so smooth interstate roads, I backed off the Koni's from +1 front and +1/2 rear to full soft. The ride back was smoother, but definately on the soft side with a much more recovery than I like. But with long days on the road, 'firm' can be a problem too. With the SAS rear sway bar, I think that the rears can be a bit softer than without the SAS. But they are changed so easy, whay not change them.
Mileage was good. I can see that running 5W40 synthetic has any effect on MPG's.
Had some MPGs up to 33, but lots of 29's with strong side winds or head winds. Temperatures varied from 40's to 80's. Power with 93 Octane with cooler weather at lower altitudes was very nice. Overall a great driving trip. Nice time to travel with the leaves starting and the red buds and dog woods in bloom.
