I have been using boost controllers for over 2 years now. I have not used the dawes, so I can,t comment on where you tie it down.

Have removed the turbo compressor discharge silencer? This causes a pressure drop, as does the intercooler. You have the MBC controlling the pressure at the compressor housing, which is far away from the tehrottle body. As the rpms go up, the flow rate increases and the pressure drops across the silencer and IC are reducing the pressure at the TB. I put a fitting into the IC integral return tube and that works quite well, but is hard to implement. There is a web site with a pix of a water pipe clamp tap which is used near the bypass valve. These will improve things, but overall, you need to keep the hoses short at the same time... a contradiction.

You need to drive with the throttle, not bury it. With the autobox you will be spinning the tires easliy enough I expect.

As you see, things are quite strong and responsive. This is not a perfect solution, but with a little refinement it can be very satisfying.

I assume you have seen myu caveats about better oil, good fuel and clean injectors.
