A P133 code is, as you have read, slow response on the bank 1 O2 sensor which is the the one closest to the turbo. Thanks to high sulphur Ontario gas, I get that code off and on even though I have a fairly new sensor. Re-set the codes, take the car for a good drive and you should be all set. I find I get the code when my wife drives around town. She drives easy and North Bay is a slow town to get around. When I drive I never get it but I drive the car a wee bit more agressively. I suspect that the sulphur content coats the sensor tip a bit resulting in a blip in the sensor's response.
