Slightly bent rim, safety ??

Just got my car back from some work, and it turns out one of my rims is slightly bent (nothing you can see from looking at it), which was causing steering wheel vibration at highway speeds. It was on the front, so I had the mechanic switch it to the back and put the straight one on the front. So, the shake seems better, at least tolerable for temporary. I have a road trip on Friday of about 275 miles. Am I safe to head out with that bent rim on the back? I don't think I can figure out a fix in 48 hours. Please help! thanks-
