How come all the "best" shocks happen to be the super hard/ultrasporty shocks. I want good handling but a little more on the comfort side instead of the bone rattling Bilstein HD ride. But if i back off brands like bilstein and koni for that reason, it seems that I am looking at bargain basement brands at that point. Is there not such a thing as super good quality that isnt super stiff? I don't want continental ride either, but just one step back from super stiff, yet not el-cheepo-2-years-and-they're-garbage house brand shocks either.
HELP!
Are sachs a little softer than bilstein? but still good handling?
Are bilstein touring no better than monroe euro-sensatracks?
ooooo, such an important decision...everyone has to go through it...some love the konis, but i fear that even on the softest setting that they are still harder than boge? but don't know. help help help (i'll give you a dollar for any input ;)
Tom.
