Thanks for the advice.I plan on speaking to a lawyer first thing in the morning.I contacted saab corporate in ATL. Who have Docuemented this whole situation since the day i took the car to the dealership because they agreed to pay $500 of the labor due to the poor diag. of their service reps and they advice me to try and contact the owner of the dealership and if there is no response then file a suit.Which is okay but all i really want is my car fixed and an apology.And all the dealer seems to be telling me is to send the rear head back to goldwing and get another V6 head? like it is that easy after 3 weeks and they assured me that my car was almost complete.And the irony of this story is i was selling the car 2 weeks ago to buy a 2000 9 5 aero and the purchaser flew in from minn. and was instructed to go inspect the car at the dealer and when she got there the dealer told her that car was missing a head gasket and that the car would hopefully be ready the next day.This causing her to be extremely mad at me and the dealer because of her wasted trip.But all this is docuemented when i finally get a chance to speak.
