A/C problem.

Last fall, the A/C was not running good so I had it re-filled and at the same time the garage added some green liquid that can be seen where the leaks are.
So, I noticed a leak on the A/C COMPRESSOR-CONDENSOR hose. I purchased a new one from http://www.eeuroparts.com and installed it today at a local shop (I prefer to let someone work on the a/c, so I do not touch it myself) and refilled the A/C.
I would have guessed that the mechanic knows how much refrigerant to put in the system, so I did not mention anything. I took the car for a ride afterwards and the engine felt really weak and lots of hiccups on acceleration. Two minutes after.... Bum and fshhhh... the A/C is empty. I hope that it was the compressor valve that relesed the pressure and none of the other pipes on hoses.
I returned to the garaje and asked him "what the f**k have you done". Not he tells me that he only put 1.6 lb of refrigerant the first time and it should have been OK. He recharges the system again and everything is fine now.
I just went down to check just now and I have o new leak on the same pipe that I have just installed, since I see the green stuff coming out of the metal clip that attaches the rubber part of the hose.
I am so mad now. What should I calmly do ? :(
The pipe link attached.

...I guess I should have done it myself.
