The 95's are definately in an relatively high maintenance time of life. This is not a problem if work has been done to date. But if you inherit a bunch of defered maintenance or neglect, that will be a problem.
At 120 300K, the exhaust, shocks, upper mounts should have been replaced. The DI will probably have been replaced, but will soon fail if the original. The rear seal will be leaking if not replaced already. The water pump adapter to the block will be leaking soon at the block. If this happens and the pump is the original, the pump should be renewed at that time.
Brakes are as individual as the original drivers habits and climate. DIY pads and rotors are cheap and easy to do.
Check for bent wheels.
A/C failures are a crap shoot, some fail some run forever.
