All of the screws are hidden, except for one on either side of the steering column. Pull out all of the switches, the SID, the radio, and the metal frame that the radio sits in, and you'll see the screws hidden back there. After that, it just pulls off. The ventilation ducts are snapped into the back of the vents, so you'll have to pull them off as you pull off the instrument panel.
