The nnnnnn50 passenger side turbo hose has a real tight bend and deforms against the AC compressor lines when installed.
The hose has an bonded on hose clamp, but that can be dealt with by cutting.
I was going through my collection of saabnet posts committed to paper. I found one from early September 2000. I suspect that post is in the bit bucket along with the other earlier NG900 stuff that was never loaded to the new BB server.
Anyways, the author described how he cut 1/2" off of the top of the turbo end of the hose. This would have two benefits. It would be easier to install, and would eliminate the bulge in that part of the hose that is not a desireable feature. So hack off some of the hose when you install that hose.
