Bluenose - if you are still driving around the Halifax area, I'd suggest doing the whole suspension including springs with little or no time on them. I just replaced my whole suspension on my 9K after 5 years and 180K kms of Peggy's Cove Road and Halifax streets. I needed bushings, strut bearings, shocks, and the springs had all fatigued so that each corner had its own unique height. If you want yours to be right after the job, check out and replace each bit that is worn even a bit. Lot less hassle in the long run and you'll enjoy a much improved ride/handling.
Cheers,
