You could try to "card" the magazine to remove it....most changers have a small release tab on either the top or bottom of the cartrage. Slide a credit card or drivers licence into the opening under (or over) the magazine (carefull not to drop it inside), feel around for resistance, and press, this will trip the spring loaded release & hopefully the magazine will eject! This will not work if a cd is jambed between the magazine & the loading gears. The #1 cause of changer problems is usually haveing to discs loaded into one slot in the magazine...we see that all the time here at work. Changers by nature are not very robust & most often if something has jambed the machine inside, something is bent or damaged as a result & the machine will require repair.Try contacting Clarion and see if they have a reman/exchange program, suspect it will cost about $130.00 if they do.
