Theo gives good advice. The EBC pads will increase braking performance.
If you feel that the stock brakes are not very good, then I suggest that you check for rear brake pads which are rust bound in the caliper slots and/or siezed calipers. The front brakes are much less trouble prone. Your brakes may be needing servicing, not upgrading.
DIY? seach drs<underscore>install for posts on front and rear brakes, plus rear caliper replacement.
For normal street service, for any given pad, slotted or drilled rotors will have less braking effort, shorter pad and rotor life and often produce noise. Drilled and slotted rotors have an advantage when repeated braking generates high temperatures and the pads produce gases, and the pads ride on a gas film, which is brake fade. The slotted/drilled rotors vent these gases from under the pads. So when brakes are used enough to get that hot, these modified rotors will have an advantage. If you are into autocross competition you may need this type of rotor. Often only the front rotor needs to be slotted or drilled, but many folks want these rotors for mostly the appearance.
For most, a standard rotor with a higher friction pad, like the EBC will be a big improvement.
The Viggen brakes, which I believe are from the 9K's, are larger and you need a 17" wheel or larger. The stock rear brakes with a 17" wheel can appear rather punny, so the rears might need to be done as well. This would be very expensive.
